This service is especially useful when sellers don’t have time to fully prepare their home before photos. Process • Booking: Must be booked as an add-on to an à la carte service or package • Editing: Items are digitally removed from selected images • Delivery: Decluttered photos delivered within 24 hours along with the rest of the gallery Add-On Options Can be combined with twilight edits, virtual staging, or advanced retouching for enhanced results. Payment Terms Decluttering charges are added to the main service and paid with the final balance. Policies All deliverables are provided within 24 hours. Declutter edits are licensed for MLS, social media, and agent marketing purposes.
Cancellation Policy
A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due online upon delivery of final files. All services are delivered within 24 hours. Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will not be credited toward future bookings. Photos, videos, and floor plans are licensed for MLS, social media, and agent marketing purposes. They may not be sold, transferred, or used for other commercial purposes without written permission.
