How Kaiser Media Started
Kaiser Media began with a simple goal: to help real estate professionals and small businesses present their work clearly, honestly, and at a high level.
What started as a one-person studio has grown into a small, hands-on creative team. We work closely with our clients to create visuals and marketing that feel intentional, consistent, and true to the spaces and brands we’re capturing.
Meet the Team
Pernilla "Nellie" Kaiser
Founder & Creative Director​
I’m Pernilla Kaiser, the founder, photographer, and designer behind Kaiser Media. Originally from Sweden, I’m now based in Cumberland, Rhode Island. My background combines fine arts training with a degree in Graphic Design and Communications from MassArt, shaping how I approach both aesthetics and marketing strategy.
Before launching Kaiser Media, I worked as a full-time graphic designer, building a strong foundation in branding and visual storytelling. Photography became a natural extension of that work, allowing me to combine design thinking with hands-on experience creating marketing for real estate professionals and small businesses.
I value clear communication, reliability, and long-term client relationships. Outside of work, I enjoy gardening, interior decorating, and quiet moments at home — influences that show up in my work through calm, thoughtful, and inviting visuals.
Catherine Jensen
Photographer & Creative Partner / Media Producer
I’m Catherine Jensen, a photographer and media producer with Kaiser Media. My family and I recently relocated to Rhode Island. I bring over 10 years of photography experience and more than 2 years in social media management, with a background rooted in portrait photography and visual storytelling. My most recent role was with a custom home builder, where I combined administrative work, social media strategy, and photography to support brand growth and showcase high-end homes.
My experience blends naturally into lifestyle and real estate photography that feels authentic and intentional. I enjoy working collaboratively to bring each client’s vision to life through thoughtful, engaging media.
