Booking & Deposit

• A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking for all packages and à la carte services.

• Add-on services (e.g., drone, 3D tour, virtual staging, declutter) must be booked with a package or à la carte service.

 

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

​

 

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in loss of the deposit.

• With 24+ hours’ notice, the booking may be rescheduled without additional cost (deposit is applied to the new date).

 

 

Delivery

​

 

• All photos, floor plans, and add-ons are delivered within 24 hours of the shoot, unless otherwise stated.

• Deliverables are provided in MLS-ready and high-resolution formats.

 

 

Payment
 

 

• Remaining balances are due online upon delivery of final files.

• Files will not be released until payment is completed.

• All sales are final due to the digital nature of the services.

 

 

Usage Rights (Licensing)

• All photos, videos, floor plans, and 3D tours are licensed for MLS, social media, and agent marketing purposes.

• Files may not be resold, transferred, or used by third parties (builders, designers, stagers, contractors, etc.) without written permission.

• Copyright remains with the photographer.

 

 

Client Responsibilities

​

 

• The property must be photo-ready at the time of the appointment.

• The photographer is not responsible for cleaning, staging, or moving items.

• If the property is not accessible or photo-ready upon arrival, the appointment may be rescheduled, and the deposit will not be refunded.

Privacy Policy

• We collect only the information necessary to schedule, communicate, and complete services (name, email, phone, payment details).

• Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties.

• Payment processing is handled securely through [insert processor, e.g., PayPal, Stripe, Square].

 

 

Disclaimer

• Photos represent the property at the time of the shoot. The photographer is not responsible for changes made to the property afterward.

• Standard editing includes color correction, exposure adjustments, and line straightening. Advanced edits (decluttering, item removal, sky replacements) require additional purchase.

• We are not responsible for MLS compliance beyond standard formatting.
