Cancellation Policy

A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due online upon delivery of final files. All services are delivered within 24 hours. Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will not be credited toward future bookings. Photos, videos, and floor plans are licensed for MLS, social media, and agent marketing purposes. They may not be sold, transferred, or used for other commercial purposes without written permission.
