What’s Included: This all-in-one package provides complete coverage of a property, designed to give buyers a full view of the home both inside and out. • 25 professionally edited interior and exterior photos • 10 drone photos highlighting the property and neighborhood from above • A detailed floor plan with room dimensions and layout • Standard editing for lighting, color correction, and line straightening • MLS-ready and high-resolution files Why It’s Valuable: This package combines the essentials into one streamlined service, making it easier for buyers to understand both the space and its surroundings. Interior and exterior photography captures the home’s details, drone photos showcase location and property scale, and a floor plan provides clarity on layout and dimensions. Together, they create a complete presentation that stands out in online listings and marketing materials. Process: • Booking: Schedule online or by phone/email • On-Site: Approximately 60–90 minutes depending on property size • Delivery: All files delivered within 24 hours via a secure online gallery Payment Terms: A $50 deposit is required at booking. The remaining balance is paid online upon delivery of final files. Policies: Photos and floor plans are delivered within 24 hours. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled shoot will result in loss of the deposit. Files are licensed for MLS, social media, and agent marketing materials.
