Service Description
What’s Included: This package includes 35 professionally edited photos showcasing the entire property. Interiors highlight the main living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and any basement or bonus rooms. Exterior coverage includes the front, back, yard, garage, and architectural details. All images receive standard editing for lighting, color correction, and line straightening, and are delivered in MLS-ready and high-resolution formats. Process: • Booking: Schedule online or by phone/email • On-Site: 45–90 minutes depending on the size of the home • Delivery: Final photos delivered within 24 hours via a secure online gallery Add-On Options: Enhance this package with twilight conversion, drone photography, virtual staging, floor plans, or decluttering services. Payment Terms: A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is paid online upon delivery of final files. Policies: Photos are delivered within 24 hours. Deposits are non-refundable. If cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the deposit will not be credited toward future bookings. Photos are licensed for MLS, social media, and agent marketing purposes.
Cancellation Policy
A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due online upon delivery of final files. All services are delivered within 24 hours. Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will not be credited toward future bookings. Photos, videos, and floor plans are licensed for MLS, social media, and agent marketing purposes. They may not be sold, transferred, or used for other commercial purposes without written permission.
