Interiors highlight the living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and unique details that create atmosphere. Exteriors showcase the property’s setting, yard, and outdoor amenities. All images receive standard editing for lighting, color correction, and line straightening, and are delivered in MLS-ready and high-resolution formats. Why It’s Valuable Unlike standard real estate photos, Airbnb photography focuses on lifestyle, comfort, and experience. The goal is to capture what makes the property inviting to guests — from cozy corners and thoughtful details to outdoor features and ambiance. These images help your listing stand out on rental platforms and attract more bookings. Process • Booking: Schedule online or by phone/email • On-Site: 60–120 minutes depending on property size and styling • Delivery: Final photos delivered within 24 hours via a secure online gallery Add-On Options Twilight conversion, drone photography, virtual staging, floor plans, and decluttering services are available as upgrades. Payment Terms A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is paid online upon delivery of final files. Policies Photos are delivered within 24 hours. Deposits are non-refundable. If cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the deposit will not be credited toward future bookings. Photos are licensed for short-term rental listings, social media, and agent marketing purposes.
