How Kaiser Media Started
Kaiser Media began with a simple goal: to help real estate professionals and small businesses market their properties with stunning visuals and effective design. After earning my degree in Graphic Design and Communications from Massachusetts College of Art and Design — and spending five years engaged to a realtor — I saw firsthand how to solve marketing challenges for agents and what they truly need to make their listings stand out. I learned where the gaps were, what gets results, and how to deliver it quickly and consistently. What started as a side project has grown into a full-service media business offering real estate photography, 3D tours, floor plans, virtual staging, and marketing design — all with a personal touch.
Who I Am
I’m Pernilla Kaiser, the founder, photographer, and designer behind Kaiser Media. Originally from Sweden, I now live in Cumberland, Rhode Island, with my fiancé, Mickey. My background blends fine arts training with my Graphic Design and Communications major from MassArt, giving me a unique eye for both aesthetics and marketing strategy. I’ve worked with everyone from small business owners to seasoned realtors, building relationships based on trust, clear communication, and consistently high-quality work.
My Work Experience
Before launching Kaiser Media, I spent years as a full-time graphic designer, refining my skills in composition, branding, and visual storytelling. Photography entered my life when a friend gifted me a camera, and I quickly discovered my passion for capturing homes and spaces. Combining my design background with the insight gained from working closely with realtors, I now create photography and marketing materials that are visually striking, strategically effective, and designed to help agents attract more buyers.
What I Like to Do
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time in my backyard, gardening, crocheting, and swimming in my pool. I have a passion for interior decorating and photography beyond real estate, and I value moments of relaxation, often unwinding with a glass of white wine in the evening with my fiancé, Mickey. In both life and work, I focus on creating environments and experiences that feel inviting, comfortable, and memorable.
