At booking, a $50 deposit is required. Once your final photos are delivered, you’ll receive an invoice with a secure link to pay online. We accept credit cards, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, and also cash or check. If you’ve already paid in person with cash or check at your appointment, your invoice will be marked as paid.

We regularly cover Cumberland, Lincoln, and the surrounding Rhode Island area. Travel within about 40 minutes of Cumberland (30 Circuit Dr) is included. This covers towns such as: • Rhode Island: Cumberland, Lincoln, Smithfield, North Smithfield, Woonsocket, North Providence, Providence, Pawtucket, Central Falls, Johnston, Cranston, Warwick, East Greenwich. • Massachusetts: Attleboro, North Attleboro, Plainville, Wrentham, Foxborough, Mansfield, Franklin, Bellingham, Blackstone, Millville, Uxbridge, Douglas. If your property is outside this area, travel is billed at $1 per mile beyond the 40-minute radius.

My shoots start at $200, which covers the trip out, setup, and photography time. Whether you’d like just the exterior, just the interior, or both, that starting point makes sure everything is taken care of.

Yes, sometimes interiors aren’t ready yet, or you may want to capture exteriors when the weather and greenery look their best. In those cases, I’m happy to split the shoot into two visits. Since each trip requires travel and setup, the first visit is the standard $200 minimum. If it’s part of the same project, the return visit is treated as a continuation and billed at a reduced rate of $150.

Licensing gives you unlimited, indefinite use of the photos for your own real estate business. You can use them on MLS, your brokerage website, social media, “just sold” posts, flyers, brochures, and other marketing directly tied to your work as a realtor. The license is personal to you and your real estate business only — it can’t be transferred, shared, or sold to others. Realtor License: Upon payment, Kaiser Media grants the purchasing realtor an indefinite, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered images for their own real estate business. This includes MLS listings, brokerage websites, realtor social media, “just sold” marketing, PR features, and print materials related to the realtor’s professional activities. This license is granted solely to the purchasing realtor. Use by third parties (including other agents, brokerages, stagers, builders, contractors, designers, or vendors) is not permitted without separate licensing.

Company or commercial use is different from realtor licensing. If you’re a builder, designer, contractor, or other business, a separate licensing fee applies. This ensures fair use across multiple businesses and protects the value of the photography. Please reach out for a custom quote based on your project needs. Company / Commercial License: Any use of images by companies, builders, designers, contractors, stagers, or other non-realtor businesses requires a separate commercial licensing agreement. This license is not included in the standard realtor package and will be quoted individually based on the scope of use (e.g., portfolio, advertising, print campaigns, websites). Unauthorized use outside the purchasing realtor’s business is prohibited.

No — my pricing isn’t based on square footage. I charge a flat rate that covers my time, travel, and the number of edited images you need. This way, you always know the cost up front, and it’s consistent whether the property is large or small.
